At Axon, customer interviews revealed the need for in-app notifications, as dispatch supervisors relied on direct messages for critical updates. I built a scalable system for 911 call takers, dispatchers, and officers, reducing response times for Axon's first major customer.

Paylocity was losing deals due to an outdated Time Off Requests feature. I led research and design to unify six disparate products into a seamless experience, reducing cancellations and denied requests across 1.5M monthly requests.
